Tremor in Italy
At 21:00 hours on Ischia Island, Italy, a magnitude of 4.0 remor ocurred, leaving two dead people and at least 25 wounded. It´s epicenter was located only five kilometers deep.
The count, so far, is two people killed, three people trapped under the rubble and at least 25 injured.
The two death were of women, caused by a collapsed church and a collapsed house. In addition, five people were rescued alive under the rubble.
The hanitants of the place decided to sleep in the street by precaution to another tremor. at first rescue operations were limited by the scarce resources of the island, but then Naples commanded by boat support material.
It is quite rare that a tremor of such small magnitude has been so destructive, but specialists say that because of the geological factors of the place helped this.
It only remains to wait until they rescue the trapped people and that this beautiful island goes ahead.
